Collect your order at our shop in Concord at no cost, or have it delivered anywhere in Canada and the US. The shipping choices and prices for your address show at checkout, before you pay.
Pick up at our shop

- Mon–Fri, 11 am – 4 pm, once we email you that your order is ready

Choose "Local pickup (Concord, ON)" at checkout. Orders not picked up within 3 weeks of completion are recycled.
Ship it to you

- Enter your address at checkout: the UPS services for it and their prices appear before you pay
- Tracking
- We email you the tracking number when your order leaves our shop
Bigger orders can come in several boxes, or on skids.
When will it arrive?
Your delivery date is the production time plus the time on the road.
The production time on the product page, in business days, counted from when your file is approved.
Pickup: we email you that day. Shipping: it leaves our shop and we email you the tracking number.
UPS brings it to your address. Its time depends on the distance and the UPS service you choose at checkout.
Good to know
Wrong address?
Tell us before your order ships and we'll fix it. Once it has shipped we can't change it; if a parcel comes back because of a wrong address, we send it again and charge the new shipping.
Need it by a date?
Pick the faster production option on the product page where there is one, or pick it up yourself the day it's ready. For a deadline on something custom, call us before you order.
Once it's on its way
From our door, delivery is in UPS's hands: follow it with the tracking number. Weather and courier delays are outside our control.
