Banner materials
13, 15 or 18 oz matte vinyl; 8 oz polyester mesh that lets wind through, for fences and windy spots; PET velvet film for posters. Grommets at the corners or every 2–3 ft.
Magnets
20 mil glossy or matte magnets for fridges and flat metal; 30 mil glossy or matte for vehicle doors.

Printing materials at Printomatic
Shop by materials is for people who already know what they want to print on. Rigid boards: Coroplast (4, 6 or 10 mm), foam board (5 or 10 mm), Ultra Board (4.5 or 12 mm), Alupanel (3 or 6 mm), PVC (3 or 6 mm) and styrene (20 or 40 pt). Adhesive vinyls: self adhesive, clear, frosted, translucent, perforated and blackout. Banner materials: matte vinyl, polyester mesh and PET velvet. Plus 20 and 30 mil magnets, canvas and high gloss photo paper.
What do mil, pt and oz mean?
Mil and pt are thousandths of an inch: a 3.8 mil vinyl is 0.0038 in thick, 20 pt styrene is 0.020 in. Banner vinyl is sold by weight, in ounces per square yard: 13 oz is lighter, 18 oz heavier.

Questions
Which board for outdoor signs?
Coroplast, PVC and Alupanel are made for outdoor signs. Foam board, Ultra Board and styrene are for indoor displays.
Can I get clear vinyl printed with white?
Yes: clear adhesive vinyl can be printed with white ink, and in mirror image to stick on the inside of glass.
What file should I send?
PDF works best. We also accept AI, SVG, JPG and CDR files, up to 512 MB each. No file? Design it online on the product page, or choose Hire a Graphic Designer.
