How long does it take for me to receive my order?

Our normal turn-around time is 3 to 5 business days.

If you’re in GTA you’ll receive your order on the same day of finishing and if not, it will depend on the shipping method you’ve chosen.

How do I create an account?

Creating an account is free and instant. just click on Register on the top right corner of the page.

How do I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address in the ” My Account” section and add as many shipping addresses as you need.

How do I track the status of my order?

We will send you automated emails every time your order status changes, but you can also check your order status in your ” My Account ” section.

Will you keep my credit card information on file?

We do NOT keep any of your credit card information on our server. Our reputable merchant ” PayPal Payment ” is responsible for all payment processing and data handling of payments.

Can I pickup my order?

If you want to save on shipping costs, we offer a free pick-up option from our Concord production facility. Alternatively, you can arrange your courier service to pick up your order from our facility.

Will my items come in one package?

It all depends on what you’ve ordered. Products can come as many as multiple skids.

Returns and Exchanges

What is your returns policy?

As printing products are unique to each order we do not accept returns, but instead, we will reprint the product without any cost if there is an error on the print from us.

I received the wrong item?

It’s almost impossible to send out the wrong order to our customer, but on such occasions, we do replace it with the correct item in rush service without charge

How do I receive customer support?

What do I do if I entered an incorrect shipping address?

As long as your order status is not complete in printing, you can change your address, but once the order has been shipped, we can’t make any changes to the shipping address.

Can I change or cancel an order after I've submitted it?

From the received status up to the processed status, you can change or cancel your order.
