Design your print online, step by step

Our online designer works in your browser, on a computer or a phone. Start from a template or a blank page, add text, photos, logos and QR codes, and see exactly where your print will be cut.

Three ways to add your artwork

Choose on the product page, after the size and material.

Upload your file

Already have a design? Upload it. PDF works best; AI, SVG, JPG and CDR also, up to 512 MB per file.

Use 300 DPI, CMYK colours and at least 1/16 in (0.0625 in) of bleed. Each product's file tips list its own sizes.

Press Custom design to open the designer. Start from one of our templates or from a blank page.

Hire a designer

Choose Hire a Graphic Designer on the product page. Our designers make it for you and send you a proof to approve before printing.

Find your way around

  1. Top bar. File, Edit and View menus, undo and redo, and Process when you're done.
  2. Tools. Templates, Text, Backgrounds, Logos, Photos, QR code, Elements and Layers.
  3. The open tool, for example your texts, with Add new text.
  4. Your sheet. The pink dashed line is where it's cut; keep text inside the green one.
  5. Bottom bar. Cut line and safe zone, the sides (1/2), full screen and zoom.

The tools

TemplatesReady-made designs for the product, when it has them. Click one, then change the words and pictures.
TextAdd text, then pick the font, size, colour, alignment and line spacing in the bar above the sheet.
BackgroundsA colour or a picture behind your design, across the whole sheet.
LogosA library of logos and graphics, for example real estate brokerages, by category.
PhotosUpload your own photos and logos, or pick from the image gallery.
QR codeType a web address or text, then press Create QR code or Create barcode.
ElementsShapes, icons, frames and photo frames to build your layout.
LayersEverything on the sheet, in order: show or hide, lock, delete, and move up or down.

Step by step

  1. Choose the product and its options (size, material, sides, quantity). The price updates as you go.
  2. Press Custom design. The designer opens over the product page.
  3. Pick a template or start blank, then add and edit text, photos, logos and QR codes.
  4. Check every side. Use the arrows in the bottom bar to go to side 2.
  5. Press Process. Your design is saved and shown on the product page.
  6. Add to cart and check out. If we need to adjust anything, we send you a proof to approve.

Cut line and safe zone

  • Pink dashed line: where the print is cut. Let backgrounds run past it (that's the bleed).
  • Green dashed line: the safe zone. Keep text, logos and phone numbers inside it.
  • Turn both on or off in the bottom bar (Cut line, Safe zone).

Before you press Process

  • Text and logos are inside the green safe zone.
  • Backgrounds run past the pink cut line.
  • Photos are sharp: use 300 DPI pictures at the printed size.
  • Spelling, phone numbers and web addresses are right.
  • Every side is done.

On a phone

The same tools sit in a bar at the bottom of the screen; the menu button at the top holds File, Edit and View.
