How your order moves

Five steps, the same ones you see in My account. We email you at each one.

  1. Order received

    Your payment went through, or we wait for your e-Transfer.

  2. File check

    We check every file. If we send a proof, we print once you approve it.

  3. Printing

    Printed and finished in your turnaround time. Turnaround times

  4. Ready or shipped

    Free pickup in Concord, Mon–Fri 11 am – 4 pm, or UPS with a tracking number. Shipping and pickup

  5. In your hands

    Picked up or delivered. Need it again? Reorder from My account.

When can I pick up?

Once we email you that it is ready: 151 Spinnaker Way, Unit 6, Concord, Mon–Fri 11 am – 4 pm.
