Data Deletion Policy

If you logged in to Printomatic using your Facebook account, you may request the deletion of your data at any time.

How to Request Data Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data:

• Send an email to support@printomatic.ca with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”.
• Include the email address or Facebook ID you used to log in.
• We will process your request and remove your data within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Some data may remain in secure backups for up to 30 days. After that retention period, it will be permanently deleted and not used for any purpose.
